What these project records claim, and what they do not.

Every project shown on this website is published with the scope of work Built Aura Building Contracting L.L.C carried out on it. That scope is stated on the project’s own page, at the top of its record, above the names of any other party.

The scope is transcribed from the company’s own reference schedules. It describes what this company was engaged to do and did — shop drawings, design calculations, a façade design, a set of visualisations, site execution — and it is the whole of what is being claimed.

Many of the projects shown were delivered by several organisations working together: a client, a consultant, a main contractor, specialist subcontractors. Where that is the case, this company’s contribution is the scope stated on that project’s page, and only that scope.

Showing a completed building is not a claim to have designed, engineered or constructed all of it. Where a record names a main contractor or a consultant that is a different company, that organisation carried out its own part of the work and is credited for it.

Client, consultant and main contractor names are stated as they appear in the company’s reference documents. Those organisations retain all rights in their own names, trade marks and branding. Nothing on this site is intended to suggest ownership of, or affiliation with, any mark belonging to another party.

Naming a client or a consultant is a record of a professional engagement. It is not an endorsement by that organisation of this company or of its services, and it is not a claim of any continuing relationship.

If your organisation is named in a record and you would like the entry corrected, amended or removed, write to the address at the foot of this page and it will be dealt with.

Where a record omits a field — a client, a consultant, a location, a completion date — that field is absent from the source document. It is left blank rather than filled in, estimated or inferred.

The renders, animations and walkthroughs on this site are visualisations produced by this company as design deliverables. They represent design intent. They are not photographs of completed buildings and should not be read as a record of a building as built.

Photography in the construction section is site photography of work in progress. A visualisation and a photograph are not presented as interchangeable, and neither is offered as a survey, a certification, or evidence of the condition of any building.

Everything here is published for information. It describes services the company offers and work it has carried out. It is not an offer, a quotation, a tender, or a contractual commitment.

A price, a programme or a scope of work becomes binding only when it is set out in a signed contract. Nothing on this website varies the terms of any contract you already hold with us.

What is published here is drawn from the company’s own documents rather than written from memory, and it is checked. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current at the moment you read it.
