Everything on this site is published for information. It describes services the company offers and work it has carried out; it is not an offer, a quotation, or a contractual commitment.

A price, a programme or a scope of work becomes binding only when it is set out in a signed contract. Nothing on this website varies the terms of any contract you already hold with us.

The project records on this site are transcribed from the company’s own reference schedules. Client names, consultant names and main contractor names are stated as they appear in those documents, and are the property of the organisations named.

Where a record omits a field — a client, a consultant, a location — that field is absent from the source document. It is left blank rather than filled in.

Naming a client or consultant is a record of a professional engagement. It is not an endorsement by that organisation of this company, nor a claim of any continuing relationship.

The renders, animations and walkthroughs on this site are visualisations produced by this company as design deliverables. They represent design intent. They are not photographs of completed buildings, and they should not be read as a record of a building as built.

The photography in the construction section is site photography of work in progress.

All imagery, drawings, text and design on this site remain the property of this company or of the client who commissioned them. You may not reproduce, redistribute or use them commercially without written permission.

We take care that what is published here is accurate and current, and it is drawn from the company’s own documents rather than written from memory. We cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.
